Judy - recording sean-nos in SydneyA graduate in fine arts from the National Art School in Sydney, artist/photographer and Gaelic speaker, Judy also performs solo and has presented several workshops on the sean-nós style of traditional Gaelic singing.

Foreign Shore, released in 1998, was her first solo album, featuring a collection of musicians from the Sydney folk scene, including John & Tinker Duffy and Anne Rowney (Cailleach) Peter Hicks (Born Again Pagans) & Michael O'Connor (Cooks River Ceili Band) with support vocals from Blake & Chris Swadling and Margaret Waters & John Warner (Roaring Forties).

Judy also performs with talented guitarist, Luke O'Neill, who features on her second CD, made in collaboration with Irish composer & arranger, Colm O'Foghlú. She has recorded with RTÉ, SBS television & radio and features in the soundscape which now forms part of the Irish Famine memorial at Sydney's Hyde Park Barracks.
